A family business built around student life
SuperUni Housing has been letting student homes for almost 30 years. We are a family-owned business and we look after 152 properties across Winchester, Southampton and Guildford, each within easy reach of campus.
We specialise in housing second and third-year students, in properties next to or a short walk from campus. Every home is fully furnished, with a fitted kitchen and appliances, and comes with the full set of safety certificates required by law: smoke alarms, gas safety and electrical checks, all current and all on file.
We believe our tenants deserve good, value-for-money service, cheerfully given. In return, we ask tenants to respect the home they rent and the neighbourhood they live in, and to honour their commitment to us.
We try to run the business sustainably, too. We recycle, use green energy suppliers and paperless contracts, and we plant a tree for every new let through the Heart of England Forest.

Meet the team
The people who will show you round, sort out repairs and answer your questions, from your first viewing to the day you move out.

Andrew looks after the Greenhill estate (Cherry Tree Lodge, Greenwood Lodge, Orchard House and the Greenhill properties), the Bar End Road properties, and also Guildford. He is the director of a local choir and has published music for choirs and schools.

Paige manages Arwen and Fieldings Lodge, St Catherines Court and Mulberry Court. She has a passion for history, reading and following Chelsea FC.

Hannah looks after Columbia Lodge, Treasury Court, 15a Sparkford Close and the Sparkford Close properties. She is often exploring Hampshire with Millie- her chocolate spaniel.

Katherine is our friendly accounts expert. Outside of work she’s kept busy renovating her house or pursuing her other interests - photography and dressmaking.

Charlotte has worked for SuperUni Housing for many years and is the veteran of the team. When Charlotte is not helping students, she can be found baking something tasty in the kitchen.
