We are a family owned business dedicated to providing quality student accommodation in Winchester, Southampton and Guildford.

With years of experience as private landlords (not estate agents!) we are well established and respected in the local market.

As members of the National Residential Landlords Association, we make sure we are up to date on the legal dos and dont’s.

We are always keen to find ways of improving our tenants’ experiences of living away from home.

SuperUni Housing provide:

High quality student houses and flats ranging between 2 and 8 bedrooms
Newly built or refurbished housing, maintained and decorated to a high standard
Fully furnished with fitted kitchens, white goods (washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge-freezers etc) and standard furniture (beds, desks, wardrobes etc)

Charlotte Harris

Charlotte has worked for SuperUni Housing for many years and is the veteran of the team. When Charlotte is not helping students, she can be found baking something tasty in the kitchen.

Hannah looks after Columbia Lodge and St Catherine's Court. She is often exploring Hampshire with Millie- her chocolate spaniel.

Bianca looks after Mulberry Court, Orchard House, Bar End Road, Greenhill Road, and our Guildford Houses. She likes to relax doing crochet and yoga in her spare time.

Andrew looks after Treasury Court, Cherry Tree Lodge & Greenwood Lodge. He is the director of a local choir and has published music for choirs and schools.

Katherine is our friendly accounts expert. Outside of work she’s kept busy renovating her house or pursuing her other interests - photography and dressmaking.

Paige manages all Sparkford Close properties including Arwen and Fieldings Lodge. She has a passion for history, reading and following Southampton FC.
